About Ross Langdon

For me, photography is about more than creating beautiful images—it's about documenting the landscapes that make South East Queensland one of Australia's most remarkable regions.

I'm Ross Langdon, an award-winning aerial landscape photographer & videographer based in South East Queensland. Through drone photography, traditional landscape photography and cinematic imagery, I capture the diverse environments of the region, from the iconic peaks of the Glass House Mountains to Brisbane's evolving skyline, the waterways of Moreton Bay, the Scenic Rim, SEQ water's reservoirs and the surrounding coastlines.

Every photograph, video and destination guide published on this website is based on firsthand experience exploring, photographing and researching these locations. My aim is to create a resource that inspires people to discover South East Queensland while providing accurate, practical and visually rich information.

My Photography & Videography Journey

My passion for landscape photography & videography has grown alongside advances in aerial technology, opening new perspectives on places I've explored for years. Drone photography has allowed me to showcase the scale, patterns and natural beauty of South East Queensland in ways that were once only possible from aircraft.

Whether I'm photographing or video capturing sunrise over the Glass House Mountains, documenting changing conditions across Moreton Bay or capturing Brisbane from above, I focus on creating images that tell the story of each landscape while highlighting its unique character.
