Stock photos are available to purchase for $75 per image.

All stock photos are high resolution and professionally edited.

Videos:

All Stock Videos are professionally edited in 4K, with a select few videos in 8K UHD.

Cost is $30 per second or $750 per minute (additional cost to post edit)

Videos can be purchased on application.

Stock Video(s) : means a video showcased under Oz Straya Panoramas in YouTube.

Our Licensing Agreement is applicable to all purchases.

OZ STRAYA PANORAMAS IMAGE LICENCE AGREEMENT

1. Introduction

This Image Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of photographic images supplied by Oz Straya Panoramas and photographer Ross Langdon ("Licensor"). By purchasing, downloading, receiving, or using any licensed image, the purchaser ("Licensee") agrees to comply with the terms set out below.

All licences are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable in the event of a breach of this Agreement.

2. Copyright Ownership

All images remain the intellectual property and copyright of Oz Straya Panoramas and Ross Langdon.

No ownership rights are transferred to the Licensee. The Licensee receives only the specific usage rights granted under the applicable licence category.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

 

3. Standard Editorial Licence

Permitted Uses

The Standard Editorial Licence permits use of the licensed image(s) for:

  • Newspapers and magazines
  • News websites
  • Travel articles
  • Blogs
  • Educational publications
  • Academic research
  • Documentary productions
  • Non-commercial informational content

Conditions

  • Images may be cropped, resized, or adjusted for publication purposes.
  • Alterations must not materially change the factual representation of the image.

  • Image credit should be provided where practical:

Prohibited Uses

The Editorial Licence does not permit:

  • Advertising
  • Product promotion
  • Corporate marketing
  • Commercial sponsorship campaigns
  • Product packaging
  • Merchandise production

 

4. Commercial Licence

Permitted Uses

The Commercial Licence permits use of the licensed image(s) for:

  • Tourism and destination marketing campaigns
  • Government publications
  • Corporate marketing materials
  • Advertising campaigns
  • Company websites
  • Social media promotion
  • Printed brochures
  • Annual reports
  • Environmental reports
  • Infrastructure reports
  • Planning and development publications
  • Promotional presentations

Conditions

  • Images may be reproduced, cropped, resized, colour-corrected, and incorporated into commercial materials.
  • Use must comply with all applicable laws and industry regulations.
  • Any use suggesting endorsement by Oz Straya Panoramas requires prior written consent.

Additional Permissions

The following applications may require a separate agreement:

  • Exclusive-use arrangements
  • Product packaging
  • National advertising campaigns
  • Large-scale commercial distribution
  • Merchandise production

 

5. Fine Art & Display Licence

Permitted Uses

The Fine Art & Display Licence permits use of licensed image(s) for:

  • Corporate office displays
  • Hotels and resorts
  • Visitor centres
  • Government buildings
  • Public buildings
  • Educational facilities
  • Residential interiors
  • Reception areas
  • Meeting rooms
  • Decorative wall displays
  • Digital display systems within licensed premises

Conditions

  • Images may be professionally printed, framed, mounted, or displayed.
  • Digital display use is limited to the licensed premises.
  • The artistic integrity of the image must be maintained.

Prohibited Uses

The Fine Art & Display Licence does not permit:

  • Advertising use
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Commercial marketing
  • Product endorsements
  • Merchandise production
  • Distribution to third parties

Commercial promotional use requires a Commercial Licence.

 

6. General Restrictions

Unless specifically authorised in writing by Oz Straya Panoramas:

The Licensee Must Not:

  • Resell images as standalone digital files.
  • Redistribute images through stock agencies or image libraries.
  • Sublicense images to third parties.
  • Share original image files with unauthorised parties.
  • Use images in unlawful, defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, offensive, or discriminatory contexts.
  • Use images in logos, trademarks, service marks, or branding without written approval.
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the images.

 

7. Additional Permissions

Certain commercial or specialised applications may require additional permissions or a separate licence agreement, including:

  • Exclusive licences
  • Product packaging
  • Broadcast advertising
  • Merchandise production
  • Large-scale public installations
  • Commercial resale products
  • Industry-exclusive usage rights

Requests for additional permissions should be submitted to Oz Straya Panoramas prior to use.

 

8. Attribution

Where practical and customary, image attribution should be displayed as:

Attribution requirements may be waived for certain commercial applications at the Licensor's discretion.

 

9. Liability

Images are supplied "as is" without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oz Straya Panoramas and Ross Langdon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of licensed images.

The Licensor's total liability shall not exceed the licence fee paid by the Licensee.

 

10. Termination

This Agreement automatically terminates if the Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement.

Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease use of the image(s) and destroy all copies under their control, except where retention is required by law.

 

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
