1. In what format do you supply your digital files?
We supply all still images as low compression (high quality) jpegs.
2. Will the water mark logos be removed if I purchase a digital file?
There will be a very small Ross Langdon logo in the bottom corner of image.
3. If I purchase the wrong image as a digital file, can I swap it for another one?
Unfortunately no, once you have a digital file you can't just give it back as there is no way for us to verify that all copies have been permanently deleted, so choose carefully.
4. If I purchase a digital image or video clip do I own the copyright?
No, all rights remain with Oz Straya Panoramas..
5. What am I allowed to do with a digital image?
Please see our Licensing Info shown below.
6. Do I have to pay a freight charge on digital files?
No, delivery is online and its free via the download area in your account.
7. Is GST included?
GST is included in all pricing.
7. Are hardcopy prints or framing of images available?
Yes, upon application.

A: Oz Straya Panoramas is a photography and videography portfolio showcasing locations across South East Queensland and the Tweed Coast. Visitors can view high-resolution samples or purchase digital files, prints, or video clips for personal or commercial use.
Q2: What areas does this website cover?
A: The website covers South East Queensland (including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Scenic Rim) and the Northern New South Wales Tweed Coast (including Kingscliff, Cabarita, and Pottsville). No other Australian regions are currently featured.
Q3: Can I purchase photos or videos from this site?
A: Yes, all images and video clips displayed on the site are available for purchase. Below each photo gallery is the "Purchase Option" to see prices for digital downloads or commercial usage.
Q4: Do you accept photo or video submissions from other creators?
A: No, Oz Straya Panoramas does not accept submissions from other photographers or videographers. All content is created and owned solely by the website operator.
Q5: How do I view the full portfolio?
A: Browse by location (using the drop down menus) or by media type (Photography / Videography). Click any thumbnail to view a larger preview and purchase options.
Q6: What payment methods do you accept for purchases?
A: All payments are processed securely via Stripe / PayPal. Credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets are accepted depending on the checkout method shown at purchase.
Q7: Can I use a purchased image for my business website or social media?
A: Yes, but usage rights are subject to our standard license conditions.
Q8: Do you offer custom photoshoots or video shoots in these regions?
A: Yes, limited custom photoshoots are available. Use the Contact Form with your specific location (within SE QLD or Tweed Coast) and requirements.
